CONSULTATION
SELECTING SERVICES
Our entertainment specialist will present you with a list of all the different services available for your event. Soular Productions is a one-stop music service provider. From our world-class party band, SOULAR, to our professional club DJs, jazz duos & string quartets, we can provide the best music for a wedding ceremony, a cocktail reception, corporate event, private party, fund-raising gala or wedding.
A/V ASSESSMENT (Sound & Lighting)
Our entertainment specialist will guide you through a complete assessment of all the audio-visual needs for your event. The A/V assessment will take into consideration the size of the venue, the number of guests, timing and can provide knowledgeable suggestions to enhance your event. Our A/V team has over 20 years experience and has worked in most of the venues throughout the GTA.
QUOTE
We can now provide you with an accurate quote which includes all the entertainment services you’ve selected and all your audio-visual needs. We believe in providing only the highest quality of musical entertainment and audio-visual production at the best price for your special celebration. Our basic package starts at $5,700.00.
CONFIRMATION
We can hold a date and provide you with a quote by e-mail or phone which is valid for one week. If you decide to book SOULAR, a 25% deposit is required. Official confirmation of the date is set with receipt of your signed contract and the deposit.
FINAL PREPARATIONS
Our entertainment specialist will confirm with you or your event coordinator all final details including load-in, set up, timing, dedication dances, special requests, A/V and any last-minute changes. Final payment is due prior to the event.
SET UP
On the day of your event, our audio-visual team will arrive several hours before the party begins to set-up the sound system & lighting. All our musicians and DJ will be on-site to perform a soundcheck. Our goal is to ensure that all preparations are completed prior to your guests’ arrival.
